Shipping

All Frog Orange Explorer carriers are shipped in a mesh travel bag and gift box. Accessories are hand wrapped and shipped in our custom tissue paper. All orders are dispatched in eco friendly waterproof mailers to ensure your items are delivered in the same condition they left our warehouse.

For shipping within Australia

Frog Orange offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to pack and dispatch your order. Once your order has left our warehouse you will be notified via email and provided the tracking number. 

Frog Orange do not ship on public holidays. If you place your order on a public holiday your items will be packed and despatched on the next scheduled business day. If you have requested a 'signature on delivery' and you are not home at the time, your order will be delivered to your local post office and a collection card will be left. If you have not specified to have your order signed for, Australia post will leave your parcel in an area deemed safe. 

Shipping Overseas

International shipping rates and shipping times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Orders shipped outside of Australia may incur additional duties and taxes charges. These charges are due at time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Frog Orange are not liable for any import taxes, duties or brokerage fees. Please contact your local customs office if you require more details about your countries duties and taxes requirements. 

Please note all shipping times are provided by our third party providers as a guide only. Frog orange cannot guarantee your order will arrive within this timeframe. Please refer to your tracking number for all updates on your order while in transit. Please note that delays may occur during high demand / peak periods or current COVID-19 restrictions.

    Please ensure all shipping details are correct before confirming your order. Once your order is shipped it becomes the property and responsibility of the purchaser. Frog Orange are not responsible for any lost or missing packages due to incorrect details being provided during purchase. Any additional shipping fees incurred for redirection of an order will be invoiced to the customer. Replacements and/or refunds will not be granted for any damages occurred in transit, missing or lost parcels, or for any delays in shipment.
