RETURNS

If you are for any reason not satisfied with your Frog Orange carrier you can return it within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. 

Proof of purchase is required to process an exchange or refund.  Frog Orange can only accept returns of carriers purchased directly from our website frogorange.com.au

Returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition, and include all accessories, components and documentation (including the original packaging). Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.

A refund will be issued using the same form of payment used to purchase the item once the return is received and validated by Frog Orange.


WARRANTY

Our baby carriers are safe and have been tested according to European Safety Standards CEN/TR 16512 (2015) as there are no safety standards in Australia. This means the structural integrity of our baby carriers meet this international standard.

We have a thorough quality control system to ensure every product and its parts leave our warehouse free from defects in workmanship and parts.

Our baby carriers are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care, will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. This applies to all products purchased either directly from this site or through a stockist (proof of purchase is required). 

The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have a the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper use, assembly, maintenance or storage of Frog Orange products. 


ARRANGING YOUR RETURN OR WARRANTY

Email hello@frogorange.com.au to receive a Returns Form.

The Returns Form and the product must be sent via a registered postal service. Please provide us the tracking number.

Once the items have been received, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of item and process your request.

The shipping costs incurred for returning or exchanging items are not covered by Frog Orange. Only items within warranty which are confirmed as faulty will have any shipping costs refunded.
